What Is Invisalign?
Invisalign uses a series of custom-made clear plastic aligners to gradually move your teeth into their ideal position. Each set of aligners is worn for approximately two weeks before moving to the next set in the series. Treatment typically takes 6 to 18 months depending on the complexity of your case.
Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign aligners are:
- Removable — Take them out to eat, drink, brush, and floss for added convenience and easier oral hygiene.
- Virtually Invisible — Most people won’t notice you’re wearing them, making Invisalign a discreet orthodontic option.
- Comfortable — No metal brackets or wires to irritate your cheeks or gums during treatment.
- Predictable — You can preview your projected smile results before treatment even begins.
